Tell me about it... I'm 5'9, arm span is close to 6'2. You don't see many 5'9 guys snatching wiith a full span grip. I'm not too concerned with appearance of arms, but it would be nice...

No supplements, just crazy low calories and an absolute hate and determination for myself.. The trick is to hate yourself more than you enjoy food. We gave gotten far too soft with dieting. Caloric deficits suck, they hurt, they make everything harder, and you just have to pucker up, grow a pair, and tough through it. When you are out with friends, and their McDonalds chips are staring up at you, just remember you hate yourself more than you'll enjoy those chips.

How long between first and last photo? I am cutting myself and going through something similar where I have a real hate for myself every time I look in the mirror. Every time I get a craving for bad food I go look in the mirror. I've gone from 16st 3lb to 15 st 5lb in 5 weeks thus far. Hoping to reach 14 stone.

Just updating anyone who was following this thread. Instead of continuing to cut to the 85kg class (187) my coach elected to to allow me to bloat to 205-208 and competing in the 94kg class at least until I am once again sqiatting 500, pulling 600, and getting 360+ overhead consistently. The cut to 85kg could happen anytime from September to January 2011.

Here is a recent back photo at a comfortably bloated/carbed 210.
