I've been having some slight back pain due to lifting and work everyday. I picked up an inversion tale today off of my neighbor. Has anyone used one, if so any results

I have one and love it. Keep in mind, you don't have to hang at 180 degrees. 120-135 does the trick.

I've one too. I originally got it for my mum to help lower her blood pressure. She doesn't use it so its stuck in the shed with the rest of my gear.
Not trying to steal this thread but I've been wondering would it be safe to use it straight after squats and deadlifts?

I use mine before a squat/pull session. I love it also. 10 minutes and I can feel everything release. Does wonders for my lower back pain.

I've got the boots. I hang completely upside down. I guess it helps to decompress......I do it every now and then.

Try a Reverse-Hyper if you have access to one... Works just as good or better at decompressing the spine.
