Hey guys wanted to get some thoughts on my 90 day progression... ive taken pics every 15 days. Ive gained 10 lbs and a good amount of strength. I feel like i should have seen more results.
my workout consists of 5 day rotation
chest + cardio
bi's + cardio
tri's + cardio
rest
back + cardio
shoulders/legs+ cardio
repeat
Diet I try to eat as many clean calories I can.. I drink 2 - 3 ON whey shakes a day and 1 ON casein before bed. and multi of course...
