this is from week three (today 11 April) of 5/3/1 did 335x5 390x3 and 435x1+=8 last week i did 420x8 on my 3 rep week i'm getting stronger and trying to get better. This Form is helping me out a lot. I'm learning more and more about my lifting every day thank you all! My fellow soldiers think its weird that i tape my lifts but like i tell them i'm in the gym for me not you. let me know what you all think. i watched it seems like i'm doing almost everything right, last week i was told i was sinking to much in my hips this week i think i'm doing better but you all know more about this stuff than i do.

Another 5-3-1 disciple turned strong. I like this.

Also, i noticed in some other threads that you are considering doing a meet soon. If thats the case, I would recommend doing your work sets as full reset deadlifts instead of touch and go.

soon as in the end of OCT at the earliest but yes i do need to do full resets. thank you for putting that back into my head!
