I know a little bit about rhodiola, but has anybody used it as part of their weight training?

I use it all the time.
It's not anywhere near the same kind of buzz you get from caffeine, it's more of a subtle lift, but that's usually just what I need.

Rhodiola is considered an adaptogen. Some people notice a "lift" of sorts as described by Mercuryblade. I don't though and I've tried a number of brands/extracts. The science behind adaptogens is sound, however. I personally take ashwagandha for its adaptogenic properties.
