Hey, im cutting right now at 70kg(Yes as stupid as it sounds) and i need my diet to receive some constructive criticism please. Im a 19 year old male weighing in at 70kg, 176cm tall and my BMR is around 1750calories. During this period of cutting unfortunately i won't have access to weights so i can only restrict myself to the regular push-ups/sit-ups/pull-ups routine nothing to drastic, cardio too is off the list. anyway here it is.
Also the reason i am keeping protein intake high despite not lifting is to avoid muscle catabolism
Breakfast
Milk + Oats/Cheerios = 200 calories, 10g protein
Lunch
Tuna sandwich = 300 calories, 20g protein
Dinner
Steak/Chicken w/ mixed vegetables = 500 calories, 30g protein
snacks
Wholegrain crisps = 120 kcal
2 scoops of whey = 240 kcal, 50g protein
total calories in: 1360 kcal
BMR = 1750
deficit = 500 ish
Total protein:110g
