Your weight, your goal, your training etc... Just showing your diet tells us nothing about your goals.

right now im 6 foot.. 183 pounds and im sitting between 13-14% bodyfat.. I've been bulking since october and have went from 168 to 183.. My bodyfat went from 10-13% in the process.. My goal right now is to drop back down to 10% and to start adding lean muscle again....

previously I bulked from 150 pounds to 205 pounds in less than a year and my bodyfat went from 10 into the 20s.. I had to do a strict cut for about 4 months to get back down to 10% and I never want to do an extended period of cutting again.. So I planned on bulking from 10-14.. then back down again until I reach about 215-220 lbs at 10% bf

my routine.. (i previously did rippetoes when I went from 150-205.. and a bunch of different variations.. this is my routine currently, been lifting since aug 1 2008 religiously)

Wednesday And Saturday

Squat 2x5
Deadlift 2x5
Calf Raises 2x8..
Weighted sit ups 2x12..

Thursday And Sunday

Bench 2x5..
Dips 2x8..
Military Press 3x5
Close Grip Bench 2x10..
Pull ups 2 x failure
T Rows.. 2 x 12
Curls 2x10..
