Hey, some more Deadlift videos, I'm going to keep taking the cam to gym in case I get good lifts, the videos are

1 x 200kgs and 10 x 180kgs, Ive actually did 210kgs last week but didn't record it, I did attempt 215kgs today but failed :( No biggie ill get it some time

Im actually really proud of the 180kgs for 10 reps, its the heaviest 10 reps ive ever done :)

Strong stuff, form looks good too.

However, I'm totally baffled by how you can get 10 reps at 180kg but your max is only 210, would have expected at least 20 or 30kg more.

If he trains with touch and go reps all the time that's probably why. Resetting is much harder than touch and go.

Indeed. Had overlooked that very obvious point.

Touch and go is not so ez with Iron plates, but still can help you! Bumper plates are another story.. Looks like he could go heavier also!

I've done both, touch and go is still much easier. I'm not taking anything away from his lifts, just stating how it is. It took me awhile to get my initial pulls decent when I was using touch and go, and it held my 1RM back.
