I had some left over brown rice so.....
3/4 cup brown rice
1 serving yoplait 2x protein greek yogurt ( 12g protein )
1 tsp stevia sweetner
cinnimon to taste
half box of rasins
Throw it all together in a bowl and nuke for 45 seconds.
It tastes so good I am eating it for breakfast tomorrow as well :)
