Double body weight x10, very good!!

You could prob start with your hips a little higher which would waste less energy at that start of each pull.

Once again very nice.

Nick, thanks for advice. I've been told this before however i have a short term memory and forget. but i'll remember next week so that counts.

I hope when I grow up I can DL 400 for 10. Seriously. Im thiiiiiiiiis close to 400 for 1 and that will be a big deal for me. You made 10 look easier than my 335 for 5.

Hey man put your mind to it and it can happen, i've gout about three months left on deployment. i wanted to pull 500 and i think i can do that, squat 500 maybe i can do that and bench 400 might get that. all will be well over a PR for me at the gym. i have a meet Oct 50th in Enterprise Alabama i'm going to do so i'm training for that.

They looked strong!!!! Like Nick said, I would work on not getting your hips down so far. I know for myself the lower I drop my hips the more it gets out in front of me and the more it turns into a SLDL.
