thinking of one of the following for a 1st cycle. I'm 25, 5ft 6, 155lbs and about 12-14% bf. Please critique. I'm looking for an increase in retainable lbm and strength.
wk 1-10 sust-250 @ 500mg/wk
wk 13-15 clomid @ 100/50/50
or
wk 1-10 omna's @ 500mg/wk
wk 13-15 clomid same as above
or
wk 1-10 sust-250 or omna @ 250mg/wk
wk 1-10 EQ @ 400mg/wk
wk 13-15 clomid same as above
now, would the clomid alone be plenty for recovery of this cycle, or should I get nolva or arimi to run during? Which would you choose? Why? Thanks for your input!!

Sounds to me like you need to spend some more time training and dieting.
Agreed. However, people will do what they wanna do, so here's a little advice.
First off, I'd listen to paul. Only after your training and diet are on track and you've made some great gains naturally should you consider some illegal help.
Will you do this? Probably not, so....
I believe the NEW omnadren has the same chemical makeup of sustanon. The one test ingredient that was different between the two, was recently changed in the Omnadren and now matches that of sust, so which one you use is irrelevant. At 500mgs, I don't think you should have much risk of unwanted/unpleasant side effects. You'll get bigger and stronger. Clomid will help smooth the transition into natural training, but it is not a magic pill, so you'll lose water weight and probably some LBM once the cycle is done. Don't mistake all of the weight loss for LBM loss though - most of it will be water.

There's no difference between sust and omna... besides price. I'd go with the 500 test + 400 eq/wk personally. Should put some serious size on ya if your diet and training are good.
thanks alot guys. I waited awhile for a reply. My bf is actually 9%. I will definately train natty for quite some time. These stacks were just something I thought would be good for a 1st cycle. I eat clean and take in between 150-200 grams protein a day. I don't think I'm getting the calories I should to put on weight. I gained 10 lbs right off the bat, but am stuck at current weight. I seem to have plateaued in the gym as well. I have to switch my routine up, I've been doing pretty much the same one for 3 months now. My bench is actually getting lower. I went up pretty quick, plateaued, and now just struggle on bench, deads, and squats. Any ideas there? (wrong forumn, I know) Anyways, just wanted to see what others thought of these stacks for a 1st cycle. Thanks again.
