Semi-decent box jumps

I've had a lot more gymnastics.plyo work etc added to program now that I'm so much lighter. This is the beginning. Not sure how high this is.

Impressive. What other gymnastics stuff do you do? I've heard of oly lifters doing kneeling jumps and even backflips for fun.

I did triples to a 90cm box
