never videotaped my bench before so i was wondering what you thought i could improve. This is from today got 225x8 at 6'1 180 lbs.

You look like you're trying to do a powerlifter's bench press but your arms are flared way too much. Keep them tucked until you begin pressing, then let them flare out a little bit.

Your arms are flared because you're touching so high.

Touch lower, add a slight, but natural tuck and don't take so long to set up. Work on adding some more leg drive as well.

how much lower should i be touching approx... 1,2,3 inches?

I think by too high they meant too close to your face... From the other videos I've seen on this site they go to middle or bottom of peck and press.

yeah yeah i got that...just wondering how much lower from where im at. I guess ill try to move towards the bottom of the pec
