So I have been working out for a month and half, and the first month i was pretty much lifting and doing more cardio to lose the fat.

I have lost 12 pounds of fat, but I still have my gut left.. and well now I am trying to gain size and get bigger but also lose my gut at the same time is that possible?

If so what do I need to be doing for my work outs?

Also if someone can tell me some good routines that are good for building size all around..

and where can I get what I should be eating properly from, like for my diet to get big but not get fat (an to lose my gut as well)

Please help Thank you soo much!!!

Time to do a some reading bud!
Start with this stuff.

Pick a routine and stick with it for 4-6 months! Yes 4-6 months really!

Read these articles and eat for your goals.


Remember getting big/strong is a marathon not a sprint. There are no shortcuts,just hard work and dedication! Do the work!!!!
