Looks like a nice jump rope, where did you pick that up from?

I got it from EliteFTS. I have never jump roped before and thought it would be good to add to my conditioning. I emailed TKO to see how to adjust the length I think I need to shorten just a little.

If it like the buddy lee ropes you unscrew the ends of the rope cut it and screw it back in. The actual gel/plastic screws in and out of the threads.

Thanks guys. TKO just emailed me and this is what they said just in case anyone else gets one this is how you do it.

Andre,

Yes on either end of the handle there is a cap that you can pop off and pull the rope out the end, you can either stuff it back in the handle or cut it off if it won’t fit.

Let me know if you need anything else.
