Hey guys...I've been a bit stagnant on my big 3 lifts over the past few months. I was talking with a friend of mine about switching over to some alternate lifts to try and break through. What are your thoughts on these changes?

Squat - Box Squat or Front Squat?
Bench - Floor Press?
Deadlift - Rack Pulls?

Just wondering if any of you have had solid gains by switching over to these. Thanks!!

On my bench it feels like somewhere between the bottom and the middle. I know that if I get it halfway up then I can finish. For the squat I can get out of the hole, but seem to fail not far from there. May just past parallel? My dealift will fail when I get the weight right around my knees.
