About Me
My name is AJ. I'm a 19 year old college freshmen, majoring in nursing. Oh, and I like to lift weights :D

I lift by myself at a local commerical gym (yawn). I'm currently 175 lbs - and my best lifts are 225/165/350.

I have minor shoulder impingement. Because of this, I proceed with caution and bench with a narrow grip.

My Goals
Overall awesomeness :)

I don't want to specialize in one area - I want an even distribution of all. I want to be strong, lean, jacked, fast and most importantly - healthy.

Short term goals are to focus on getting progressively stronger while tightening up a bit.

Training

Diet
Shoot, this is where I suck..haha.

3000 calories sound good right now. 225 grams of protein is a must. Trying to cut out all the junk. Everything else is just fluff.

Cardio
Since beach season is approaching ;) - one day of sprints/car pushing - one day of LISS a.k.a old woman cardio.

That's about it. Let's see if I can get some people in here - or I'll just keep talkin to myself :clown:

My first workout will be Overhead Pressing on Monday.

BB Rows
..my first time doing these.

95 x 10
115 x 10
135 x 10

BB Shrugs
135 x 12
225 x 6 x 3
185 x 8

Pushdowns
3 x whatever

Notes
Good workout. Shoulders were aching a bit in the morning - but I got through it.

Studying all day for my final Bio exam tomorrow - will probably end up doing LISS/abs later at night tomorrow.
