Hi,
Just a little bit about me first. I am a sophmore in high school at 210 lbs, a starting defensive tackle for my team, and a kid greatly in need of some dietary tips so i can maintain/drop a few pounds while still bulking my upper body. I normally lift 3 days a week for 2 weeks and break on the 3rd week. The only supplements i take is the Wheyobolic 60 from GMC (kind of pricey and am wondering if there's better out there for a cheaper price.) My lifting habits are good and i steadily increase at slight intervals week to week. I am just wondering what I need to eat .... Serving sizes, times to eat, foods, drinks ect.... PLEASE help me out i have just 3 months until football rolls around
