I have heard that it's a difficult workout to master. Please tell me what I am doing anything wrong or what I can improve. Here is a short. Sorry for the crap quality:

Keep your back straighter.

Your lower back needs to be tight.

For reference, something like this:

It's hard to tell from this side angle but I'd guess your stance was really narrow with toes pointing forward. Try to widen up a bit and point the toes out, that should help with being able to keep your back straighter. Also, were those running shoes you had on or anything like it? I'd recommend not deadlifting in those. Either go shoeless or get some flat shoes with a non-existent sole. You want to be pushing from your heels.

Now so much narrow, but yes, my toes point forward. They are running shoes, but I have some flat shoes. I shall try that!

Awesome. I'd even try it out with bare feet just to see how it feels, and see if your flat shoes can match that feeling. Also, when I say point out the toes I just mean a bit. Your knees should be in line with your toes, so don't exaggerate it if you know what I mean.
