Best place to buy a Leviathan

I'm considering going from my metal Ace to a Leviathan. Where would you recommend buying from, between Inzer, HOP, and Iron Gladiators? I thought I had me one last night on Ebay used, this thing was for my exact measurements, and I was outbid by .10 at the last second (literally). If someone reading this won the suit, props to you. I've been looking for one of these for a while, so I may just have to bite the bullet and buy new.

Also, as far as measurements, do you go up or down at all as far as what you tell them? I've never used a canvas, but i typically like my suits a little bigger with really tight briefs.

I'd go through Irongladiators as Inzer typically makes suits for him quicker than if you go direct. No idea why this is but that's been my experience anyways.

I buy all my Inzer stuff from HOP and I've always had good customer service w/ them.

As far as the canvas I've never used one but I know they suggest go up a size for taller guys over 5' 10" or so...
