This dude brings up some points that makes me think he'd fit in on this board.
1.) He's mainly focused on number of calories, eating close to 5k-8k a day. His diet seems pretty rigorous.
2.) He does all of this while being Vegan. I'm not sure if he's vegan for health or moral reasons, however, the article heavily implies its for health reasons (I don't agree with him, but I think being Vegan does introduce some serious discipline into dieting).
3.) He seems to train pretty damn hard.
4.) His goals are constantly set higher. I can't even believe what he wants to run in 24 hours....
