In the first picture I am about 175-180 pounds. It was about a year ago. Now I am about 230. I was doing powerlifting but now that I have a good base I am adding a lot more volume to my workouts and slowly converting to bodybuilding. I must have been under training because my strength is going up considerably as well. Let me know what you think.

Nice work man, you're still pretty lean too, which is very impressive for that much of a weight gain!

Yes still at natty. My diet has been very good for a while now and I don't take that as disrespect, but as a compliment.

High Protein, High carbs, try to keep the fat low, and about 20-25 calories per pound of bodyweight.

As for the BF%.....I gonna say around 13%

completely switched over from powertlifting to bodybuilding and here is my progress. any body fat estimates?
