I'm tired of eggs and bacon/sausage every.single.morning. Are there any other items that are low to zero carbs? I've read recipes for some protein shakes and such, anyone have anything good to share?

pork rinds? :clown:
how do you feel about eating non "breakfast" foods when you get up? maybe a steak or ham?
seriously though, microwave pork rinds are awesome.

I love pork rinds! Didn't even think about those bad boys. I'm great with eating non breakfast foods for breakfast, and vise versa, ha. Thanks man.

Steak and ham will be your best bet if you don't want to stick with a protein shake
Pork rinds are probably too high in fat though to be of any use.

My thoughts as well. There is low carb pancakes made from almond flour.

The microwave ones aren't too bad.

A full bag has:
7g of fat
32g of protein
and 210 calories
Not enough for a meal usually but very tasty and convenient.

Not bad. Looks like something fun for a quick snack.
