Hi ppl am going to be doing starting strengh program soon once i get a job because i just been made redundant. At the minute i am just doing a full body workout with my barbell and adding 5-10lb a week. I have lifted for years but only with lightweight like 20kg - 30kg on my full body workout.
I did starting strengh about 2 years ago for like 3 months and I went from 133lb to 161lb in them 3 months but i wasint following strict diet. I was drinking gallon of whole milk per day and all sorts of junk food and creatine while lifting and i bulked up good and felt alot stronger then now but the problem was i looked like i was pregnent, my belly was big so i guess my bf% was high as *****.
Then i started boxing for like 2 year because i was getting sick of my belly being big (sorted the belly right out!!) Av just stopped boxing now as i want to get big as am sick of having skinny looking arms and want to finish boxing for the time being.
**Anyhow enough of my life story :drooling: I just want to know how i can bulk quite fast to 180lb like in a year without gaining loads of body fat???**
Here the pic of me now before before i start ss in a couple of months. But al keep on progressive overloading on my barbell till gym time..:) Tell us what you think:hello:
