I was at the food store yesterday and the chocolate milk that they were selling contained high fructose corn syrup, although there is chocolate milk at another food store where I shop that has better macro's and no added sugar.

Have you seen this:

Haven't given it a real go to see if it helped but I probably will at some point this summer.

That is a pretty interesting comparison, someone at T-Nation must have made Alan mad.

I would be curious to see additional personal testimonials. In the past I have used milk/chocolate milk to support mass gains and it seemed to work well, although sometimes I feel like I gain a little bit of bad weight when drinking a lot of milk.

Chocolate milk before exercise doesn't sound great to me. Ultimately though, I'm unclear why they're recommending chocolate milk. At no point do they compare it to regular milk to state why it's superior and their four secrets of chocolate milk would also be attained through drinking normal milk.

I respond well to a low ammount of milk, however there is to much lactose in regular milk to be of great benefit, i cannot see chocolate milk (especially the kind with lots of added Sugar) being good for alot of people that trying to lose weight.
