Hey all.
Have been woring out for about 1 year now. This is how it have been for me:
Before I started, 215ibs PIC 1
4months cutting, result 166ibs PIC 2
3months bulking, result +60 ibs (226ibs)
3months without exercise beacuse I fu*ked up my shoulder, result +7ibs pure fat (233)
2 months of cutting result -28ibs (205) PIC 3
So to summon it: its 5 months with exercise between pi 2 and 3.
I have been using: creatine and whey protein nothing else. Im natural.
Im pretty satisfied with the result so far, and i dont think that my shoulders are behind? Guess they get some from the barbell row and the benchpress.

So I would like to have ur opinion on my result and if something is far behind and at what weight do u guys think im going to be ripped at(know its hard to say from a back pic). Im aiming for about 180ibs.

So from beginning to end, it took you about a year to achieve that? I'd say that's a fantastic result!

Yes sir, feel like all i have been doing is cutting. But when i look at the pics im amazed that a 3 month bulk can do so much!

So you gained 60lbs in three months. That's 5lbs a week. How did you do that?

The first 12 days I gained 21 ibs if i remember right. Went from a low carb diet to a high carb bulk and started using creatine at the same time. After that i just put everything i liked in my moth, and lots of milk.

Very impressive. At the time that pic 3 was taken, how long had it been since you started lifting?
