Just got my belt from EFS. It's very stiff, anyway to break it in faster than just wearing it? Put it under my mattress like when breaking in a baseball glove?

step on it. I folded mine in half every inch or so and stepped on it... did this back and fourth till it wore in.

Pick up some leather oil. Any sports store should sell it.

Roll it, twist it, bend it, and stomp the crap out of it. I hate breaking in new belts. At least I am going down now so I can cut the end off and drill more holes.

Ok cool. I'll try the under the mattress thing to and see how it works.

Turn on a movie, get a cold drink, put an ice-pack behind your back and kick your feet up.
Then work on the belt while the movie plays. It may take a few movies :)

I rolled mine up tight and tied a string to hold and left it in my truck in the heat of the day. Next day reversed the roll and did the same thing. Did this over and over along with wearing it when needed and it is broken in just fine.

Not sure I would do this. You dont want any creases in your belt. Do what the other guys said and just wear it as much as you can. wear a sweater or put a towel around your waist so it doesnt cut you, and crank it down.

I doubt a mattress would harm a belt. Seeing as how people stomp, roll, dishwash, and run over them with their cars to break them in.
