After being on and off for a couple of years, I've decided this time I'm sticking at it and getting plenty of food in me! Been training on and off for a couple of years but stopped for a lot of that, probably 6months, started up properly last month so I thought I'd post some pictures of where I am just now.

I'm sitting at 155lbs just now, my goal (eventually) is 180lbs. I'll post some up in a couple of months for comparison. Any tips on what I should work on/comments would be nice.
