Sodium has nothing to do with fat.

However, if you are looking for vascularity or want to retain less water, you need to cut back on the sodium.

Sodium is anabolic. Unless you have high BP eat more instead of less when dieting.

How does sodium alter vascularity? Because your muscles have more water in them so veins are less visible? How prevalent is this

A high sodium diet is truly not an matter for a human being with no renal virus or congestive heart crash. On a population rank, high sodium diets guide to extra people with high-blood pressure because there are so lots of people out there among kidney and heart issues, which is why public-health kind supporter for lowering the sodium contented in foods.

You know somewhere in there I think some sense was made.
