What do you guys think?

I heard it's loaded with estrogen... But then isn't everything else that's meat these days??

I mean you can always get organic milk if you are concerned about additives.

I enjoy 2% or vitamin D milk with my Opticen or post workout meals.

LOVE milk! I drink lots of it all the time, but it's especially good for when you are bulking

Good for bulking (protein/calories),
but hard on system to digest.
Look into Jason Ferrugias site, he has alot of information on
dairy products

Hey KaMz,

Are your goals to cut or bulk? Generally milk tends to go better with a bulking diet, but some can use it in their cutting diet.

Shelby actually answered a question about dairy in this article Bodybuilding Principles with Shelby Starnes - Vol 1 (http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/bodybuilding-principles-with-shelby-starnes-vol-1/) (Dairy for Dieting? The Good and Bad of the Cow)

The estrogen in milk is naturally occuring and doesn't have anything to do with organic/non-organic.

isnt it a fact that if a girl eats lot of dairy products early on she develops earlier in life? if thats true it would make me think twice.

however i go back to when i was drinking 2-3 large caramel lattes from dunkin donuts a day... most of which was whole milk, caramel and ice... i was busting ass at work so i didnt pack on the fat but i was making good steady gains in muscle

When bulking I drink a ton of milk. When cutting water only

There are two types of people in this world, those that can and those that can't. If you can drink milk, drink it, if you can't then don't. If you are unable to drink milk because of allergies or lactose intolerance, there are plenty of alternatives on the market now-a-days.
