is this a good diet please reply i think the fat ratio is a lot but not sure please teel me if i should change anything

Total: 1260 calories
Fat: 63g 563 46%
Sat: 14g 124 10%
Poly: 12g 109 9%
Mono: 32g 286 23%
Carbs: 96g 345 28%
Fiber: 10g 0 0%
Protein: 81g 325 26%

MEAL - 2 XENADRINES

2 SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD TOASTED WITH MARGRAINE- 135 CALORIES
1 CUP ORANGE JUICE- 133 CALORIES 33G CARBS



MEAL 2

2 SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH 2 SLICES OF HAM-
OR
2 SLICE WHOLE WHEAT BREAD WITH TUNA SALAD


MEAL 3- 2 XENADRINES

SEASONED CHICKEN BREAST 6 OZ


MEAL 4

CEASAR SALAD WITH OUT CRUTONS

12xbodyweight is a good rule of thumb..

my maintance is 1800 so i cut out 500 calories to lose some weight

I think he is cutting.

If I were you I would add in some more Protein. ESPECIALLY with meal 1.

How much do you weigh btw? 1200 calories is pretty low...

Ya, it isn't that great of a choice.
I would start you off at 2100 cals.
Maybe even higher.....

and instead of the orange huice im gonna have a glass of milk more protein less crabs and yes im cutting

So what is it that you are trying to do, I know you are cutting, but this seems like you tried to setup a keto diet and then threw in a bunch of carbs. 81g of protein seems very very very very low too me, espicially when you are trying to cut.

What kind of foods are you eating now? and be honest.
How old are you?

how much do you weigh right now?


1260 calories is too low, breakfast is crap and lunch is crap.

meal 4 needs something else, meal 5 is okay, but could use some protein. what the hell dude?

im not trying a keto diet and im ok with this cause ive been doin thins for a couple of days and i dont feel hungry
