LEG DAY REQUIRES ALOT OF EFFORT BECAUSE I HAVE WEAK LEGS. THE QUADS AND HAMS ARE GETTING THERE
AS ARE THE CALVES BUT IT IS JUST ABOUT KILLING ME
CHEST AND LEG DAYS ARE MONDAY AND THURSDAY. I WAS TOO LAZY TO GET OUT OF BED TO TRAIN CHEST IN THE MORNING SO LEGS HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY

Weak legs? Doesn't seem like it on squat....you sure do a lot of sets for legs.

WHEN I SAY "WEAK" I DO NOT MEAN NOT STRONG. I MEAN NOT IN TOTAL SYMMETRY WITH THE REST OF THE BODY. I AM HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MY CALVES SORE, ANY IDEAS?
