Here's video of our workout yesterday. Man was it crazy hot in the gym. Everyone did really well though.

The guys you see doing incline are using the mastadon bar, hence why the actual weight is higher than normal.

Do you often split up into diffrent groups on ME days?

Just depends on how many guys are in the gym that day. If the groups are small, then we usually all do the same thing, or if we are doing shirts, we usually do it all together.

Sometimes though one or two guys will be gone, or (on days like yesterday) Shack and I just wanted to do 3brd, AJ and Luke wanted to do incline so we split up.

This is what I did later that night

I don't have a meet until August so I'm not too worried about it. We normally do most of our training raw

So using reverse bands against chain tension works then? I will have to try that sir.

I think Laura Phelps is the one who came up with that idea

The way I like to do it (which Lou suggested last time we did them) is to leave the chains on there until your last two sets.

For those last two sets drop the chains and shoot for your PR. The change in tension was pretty impressive.

I had wondered about that...even future method and regular bands too. I guess just another way to mix it up and hunt for weaknesses. Great lifting!
