If you're under maintenance you will still lose weight.

If it fits your macros use it. Just so long as you still have room in your fat allottment for more necessary fats. I'm sure you do, use it.

I do believe that you will use up the energy provided by the mayo. In the meantime, take a look at Gavin Allison's low fat mayo recipe at http://fatlosschef.com/making-mayonnaise-the-healthy-way/.

I would say it wouldn't be a problem so long as you use low fat mayo and don't totally overdo it. It's kind of the same analogy as anything. Just cause its light don't mean use more. Otherwise you are just cancelling out the low fat factor. Most of the time if you are on an extreme enough workout plan you can eat more fat than you would think. Our bodies need something to power it to achieve maximum power levels.

An even convalescent choice: one of the new mayo varieties fabricated with canola oil. Canola contains not alone the everyman allotment of saturated fat of any oil, but aswell the accomplished levels of alpha linolenic acid, an omega-3 bare to accumulate your academician and afraid arrangement healthy.

Don't overthink this one. If it fits into your overall calorie and macro plan, use whatever mayo you want. Unless you start using so much mayo it crowds out all your other foods, it's just fine.
