Hey all. So I've been having a problem with my right shoulder/pec the past few weeks.. initially I thought it was my bicep (made a thread about that), but now I'm almost positive it's my shoulder or pec (leaning more towards pec, right where it inserts)
-It hurts most at the bottom of the bench, right when I start pressing
-It doesn't hurt any more doing cambered bench than regular
-it doesn't hurt at all doing military press
-hurts doing floor press, but not as bad
Any ideas? I'm thinking more and more that it's a pec issue rather than shoulder just because I can't feel it at all on the militaries and the extra shoulder rotation from the cambered bench doesn't bother it.
