k so i got 2 monster mini bands to assist with deadflifts. i feel stupid for buying em without knowing how to use them but oh well. after looking around here i didnt find exact answers on how to incorporate them...just for singles? speed? every time i dl? once a month? etc etc. my deadlift is at 545 right now and would very much like to increase that.
thanks

Look up westside protocols as far as programming and adjusting volume with full range pulls.
You can do pulls against the bands as well as rack pulls against the bands too. Get a feel for how much tension they give when quadded (most likely more than 200 lbs at the top of the pull) and adjust the bar weight.

Monster minis can also be used for speed bench, ME bench against bands, floor presses, reverse band benching and perhaps reverse band squatting. You can also use them for pull throughs, pull aparts, pushdowns, and just about a hundred other exercises.
