not the greatest angles but any insight would be appreciated. Deep enough for APA?

IMO, it looks border line. But the angle of the video isn't the greatest either.

I have seen tons of lifts that depth passed, in saying that I do think you were just shy of parallel.

Pretty good!

Like Nick I've seen a lot passed there. I've not done or seen an APA meet but everybody's rulebook says the same thing on depth. That being said, it's not always judged that way. I know in recent years in APF national and WPC world meets as well as state meets I've competed in it probably would have been just high. The other thing that might get you red lighted is the 'double clutch' thing you're doing when you take your breath. It would be nit-picking but the bar does go down and back up slightly before you start your squat. That could foul the lift out. Looks really strong though. Don't think you'd have a problem coming up from another inch down if you need to. Good luck!

1 or so inches high.

wrap your knee wraps so that the end of the wrap sits on top of your knee cap, and make sure your singlet is very tight at the upper thigh. That will give the illusion of a little extra depth..

I think it was just hight, but a video shot from below like that is very tough to tell. A camera knee height or a bit higher might give a more accurate view. Open up your knees/groin some and you'll sink it.

Thanks guys. That last inch is the hardest part for me. I need to open my knees harder.

1-2 inches high I would say.

But thats what the rule book says. Most meets might give you that 2-1

You need to sit back more, wrap your wraps tighter. Tad high!

Its a bit high. Ive done 2 APA meets and I dont think that will pass. Depends on whose judging I guess though.

The wraps/singlet suggestions the guys posted are good advice.
