It's been quite some time since I competed in my first BBing contest, but now that I've got my technological skills in line I figured it wouldn't hurt to post some before and after pictures, as well as some video from my competition.

I competed in the NPC Northern Kentucky on Marh 27th. I started my contest prep January first weighing around 195 lbs and I dieted down to 170 lbs by the time the show came around.

Overall it was a great experience and it was great having support from some fellow WBB members and getting any advice along the way. I committed some errors along my contest prep, but they are ones that I'll correct when I began my contest prep again.

Here's the video and some pictures from the day of the contest.... There are two versions, one from the actual videographer and one from my wife, I think it's obvious which one is which.

I'm a shade under 5'9" Ryan. Wish I was taller, but I've hit my max. I'll have to work with what I have. Thanksfully my wife's shorter than me!
