I haven't posted in awhile, but I am in need of some more calories in my diet and where to get them. Current diet is as follows:
Breakfast:
1 cup oats
2 scoops nitrean
banana
coffee
peacans
3/4 cup 1% milk
mid morning:
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
small amount of pretzels
Light yogurt
Lunch:
1 cup brown rice
banana
whole wheat wrap
large chicken breast
mid afternoon:
1 can of tuna/chicken
1 scoop Nitrean (usually two hours after lunch, but before my mid afternoon snack)
Post workout:
1 scoop Nitrean
1 cup of applesauce
Dinner:
1 large chicken breast
1 sweet potato
veggies
milk
Late night:
1 cup of cottage cheese
strawbeeries or blueberries
Pre-bedtime:
1 scoop nitrean with milk
What do you guys think? My lifts are starting to stall so I'm thinking about increasing the calories a little bit...
