This is the start of my journey.
I have been training my own routines for over half a year now and had some good gains but I want BIG gains, so what better then Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strenght.
» Monday: Workout A
» Wednesday: Workout B
» Friday: Workout A
The following week:
» Monday: Workout B

» Friday: Workout B
Workout A
» Squats: 3 x 5
» Bench Press: 3 x 5
» Deadlift: 1 x 5
» Dumbbell Flat Bench 3 x 5
Workout B
» Squats: 3 x 5
» Press: 3 x 5
» Barbell Row: 3 x 5
Every Workout / Assistance Work /
» Weighted Sit-ups : 3 x 12
I have replaced The Power Clean with Barbell Rows, this is becuase I train in my garage alone and have not been shown how to Power Clean and dont want to do myself any harm!
My current weight is 170lb, I'm aiming for 190-200lb.
Current Bench Press Max: 85kg
Squat and Deadlift I have never worked before so this will be a challenge!
