Hey! My name is Andrew and Im a powerlifter. This is my log. Welcome!

Tuesday I did Max effort SQ and DL.


Reverse light band squats
worked up to 365x1 (very easy, if it wasnt so hard unracking the weights I think I could have hit 405)

3 inch deficit deadlift
Worked up to 325x1

45 degree hyper against mini bands- 25,25

Standing abs-10,10,10,10,10

Good workout.

Today I did speed bench.

9x3 w/ 60% of max (120)
3 sets wide, 3 sets close, 3 sets medium grip

Incline DB press-15,8,8

Pendlay Rows-8,8,8

Incline rolling triceps extensions-12,12,12

Rear delt raises-15,15,15

Another good workout.

RE/DE squat and deadlift tomorrow.
