I did that with 805 from the top. I also watched my training partner Josh fracture his forearm while benching in a meet in Maine.

I hope the dude was ok, but I have seen so much worse.

Egad that made me jump, I was expecting it to go on the way up. Glad he is okay.

Glad he's O.K. but like Vinney said, there's been MUCH worse. Competent spotters make all the difference. I dumped 804 twice in one meet. Only thing hurt was my ego.LOL

I'm glad he was ok.

Just another reason why you should always have a full contingent of spotters when shirt benching. Looks like his spotters only let it hit his belly. Good job guys.
