Hey guys just though I'd share my one year progress. Here's a pic of me last year about a month after I started lifting. 165lbs

Here is me today weighing in at 220lbs.

I have been focusing on powerlifting with some high rep assistance work thrown in. Been eating 5,000+ calories a day. I know I put on a noticeable ammount of fat but I'm happy with my strength and size gains. I actually have better ab definition now than I did 60lbs ago.

I'm 18 years old and 6'1"

I havn't maxed on squats and deads in awhile so those are estimates based on how much my 5RM has increased since then. My lifts:

SQ: 115x1 .... 355x1 (wraps and belt)
BP: 120x1 ... 235x1
DL: 200x1 ... 425x1 (belt)

Good job man, that looks like a serious size/strength improvement to me keep up the good work.

that is an amazing transformation. you look insanely more dense, esp in the traps.

get a spotter and try for your 1 rep max, though. accuracy is a good policy :)

Awesome man, you look thick as hell and I think everyone can honestly say you look better.
