Protein Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts to make when I need something quick and it also makes a great post workout meal.

Below is a link to my blog that has all the ingredients you need as well as step by step directions. It should not take more than 5 minutes to make and you can manipulate it to meet your macro needs. It is a great Protein + Carb meal. Let me know if you have any questions!
