Here's my benching 170 lbs.

Here's my attempt at 180 lbs. Two reds because of my left arm ratcheting and my right foot coming off the floor.

I wish I had a deadlift video to post also.

Comments are more than welcomed, specifically what might help my triceps lock out symmetrically. I don't have much advice from other lifters at my key gym and really don't want the posturing masquerading as advice that is offered . . .

You just need to work your technique. 180 was obviously a weight that is at or very near your max and your form broke down. Sometimes that happens.

Your setup and arch look pretty good to me honestly. Just keep working.

Really work some dumbbell work. Both single arm (one arm at a time) as well as traditional DB bench.

Like Adam said keep working things like rolling db extensions, Tate presses along with some shoulder work. I think if you'd have kept your technique tight you'd have gotten that 180

Work harder and get stronger.Good start though

I'm surprised you did not get more wearing those bling socks. They should have been good for 20 more pounds.

Hi stik. All these guys know their stuff, and you couldn't get better advice if you were paying for it.
I'm going to throw in one more thing. Get tighter. You're whole body should be flexed as tightly as possible. Your back, your hips and quads and hamstrings should be much tighter, and even the grip you had on the bar should be tighter. Instead, you're getting just tight enough to move the weight.
I think the strength was there to get the 180.
