I post these pictures every so often. I do want to thank the WBB staff as well as the members. The support and knowledge here is amazing.

-- Few Notes:

The only supplement I take is caffeine. I do not use creatine or protein powder. The amount of food I eat is insane.

I'm 5'7 In this picture I'm 175-177.

Hey, thanks for the generous words!

In the first picture i was about 140-145, second picture i was 160-165, and last pic is 175.

Ha thanks Bri and Guido, not where you two are yet, but i'm working towards it. The hardest part is eating...I hate eating these days but have to do it.

I posted these pictures back in August, since then I've put on about 12 lbs. Most of it went to my legs and the squat has gone up a noticeable amount . I alway post pictures of my chest, but this time its the sweeeep.

going to keep bulking and start a cut this spring?

It's been a real struggle for me to gain weight, but I"m finally downing enough calories and have been seeing improvements. I'm going to ride the weight gain until it levels off, I'm sitting about 185-187 and It's pretty comfortable.

As for a cut, maybe in a few years :)
