Hey guys. I decided to start doing a Westside style routine so I made a new journal.

STATS
Age: 18
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 220
Squat 1RM: 365 (+-)
Bench 1RM: 235
Deadlift 1RM: 425 (+-)

ROUTINE
Mon: DE Lower
Tue: Off
Wed: DE Upper
Thur: Off
Fri: ME Lower
Sat: Off
Sun: ME Upper

I'm keeping the ME lifts fairly simple for now, and plan to add bands/chains later down the road.
