After 2 weeks, I gained 8 lbs. 4lb and 4lb.
I'm doing low reps, going to failure. I'm feeling the "burn" every "day after" I work out.
Currently 153lb, 6'3, 18yo. Here's my diet.
8am Breakfast:
Honey Bunches of Oats. (Cereal, but it tastes great and has decent stats)
With a Glass of OJ (Glass = 3 cups)
Snack at 9am
3 Apples
First Lunch, 11am
3 eggs (4 on days I work out, going to up both by one egg in a week)
Glass of 1% Milk (3 cups)
2nd Lunch 1pm
Can of Tuna with a stalk of Celery and a tablespoon of Miracle Whip (low fat mayo, =P )
Another Glass of 1% Milk
Snack/small meal 3pm
32g Protein MetRX bar.
Glass of 1% Milk
Work out at 3:30-4:30
4:45
Another Can of Tuna, if I am lifting that day that day.
6pm Dinner
Chicken / Pasta for the most part.
9pm Snack
Carrots
w/OJ
How's it looking? I'm thinking on days I work out, I need to toss in some more cals somewhere else, but I'm not sure where. As it is, I am eating when I'm full.
Seems to be working so far, just thoughts, and suggestions on where to go once this "isn't enough"
Thanks folks.
