I need help dieting right. I am 172 pounds, trying to bulk up but stay cut. I'm looking to be around 185 in the next 4-5 months. I am in the gym 4-5 times a week.
Alright so here's the deal, I have no real idea on what to eat, what not to eat, etc. I just need some overall help on my diet. Any suggestions?
