Took a couple pics tonight to show how much my waist has shrunk since last time. Been having lots of trouble with bloat/holding water; pretty soft in these pics. I'm not sure if it's the carbs during my refeeds or sodium.

Invain, you have built one hell of a physique bro, you should be very very proud of yourself. These results are the DEFINITION of hard work, dedication, and patience. You've done it all right and are in the process of building yourself into a complete monster. From what I can see in these pics you have no flaws in your upper body. Your back/chest/arms/forearms are massive to go along with that tiny ass waist of yours. ****in awesome!
What are your plans from here? Are you prepping for a show?

Hockey: My squat and dead are higher now than when I weighed 230. Bench has taken a **** but I'll get it back eventually.
Jay: I really wanted to do a show this summer but some stuff came up and I decided to wait another year. I definitely plan to step on stage next year. Seeing as I'm continuing to slowly lean out while my weight is fairly constant around ~185 I wasn't sure if I'd make middleweight. Hopefully I can pack on a solid 5 - 10 pounds and come in on the heavier side of the light-heavies.

45lbs weight loss is no joke, and you look very good now.
Any idea how fat you were at 230lbs, bf%, waist size etc?
Tremendous job Invain, what have you been using to lean out? Very good to hear that you're SQ&DL have improved despite the weight loss. Many people have said to me that bench can be sensitive to weight change.

IDK if your natty but if you came in at the top of middles with glutes in at your height you would dominate. There are quite a few Natty pros your height who compete at 165lbs.
